Cartoon All Stars to the Rescue
In my travels on the internet I came across this video. It is a PSA from 1990 telling kids not to do drugs. The best part about it is that it stars all of your favorite cartoon characters! It has the ninja turtles, bugs bunny, kermit the frog, garfield, and many more! It’s so cheesy that I laughed through the entire thing. Enjoy.
