Argh
So the CD that came with my astronomy text book is missing a small piece. It is no longer a complete circle. To remedy this situation I went back to the bookstore today and showed them the problem. Now I have to wait for the bookstore to call the book’s publisher and get an answer from them about what to do. I am frustrated by this situation.

You should try using the disc in some cd-rom drive (might want to make it somone’s you don’t like or a school comp’s)and see if it explodes in the drive. I have heard that cracked or other types of defected ones can do that. Sounds like fun to me anyhow.
